Led development of next generation Billing Solution Platform for Telecommunication providers/companies—an innovative Software Framework (FORIS New Generation)—in C#/.NET Microsoft Windows/Oracle, as key member of Billing Research and Development Team. Coordinated analysis of business requirements in collaboration with team members and designed/developed software to meet functional/business specifications, providing coaching and mentoring to Junior Developer to enable rapid development and promotion.

Coordinated and contributed to developing features for existing banking product, handling maintenance, providing fixes, enhancing stability, and delivering troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution. Managed 15-member Customer Support team, as well as 3-member teams of specialists throughout creation and testing of more complex features.

Provided broad array of critical efforts designing Software Architecture in UML (Unified Modeling Language) for Framework engineered to handle various types of Remote Terminal Units Communication Protocols, as well as development/implementation in C/C++ on Linux operating system..Co-designed and developed complete highly successful Software Framework for Com. Protocols for Remote Terminal Units on C++/Linux in 6 months, very extendable and flexible using Design Patterns (State Machine , Command, Facade).
