For over 8 years, I led an IT company specializing in software development, digital business solutions, and process automation. I developed ERP and CRM systems, optimized QA automation with Selenium and CI/CD, and integrated Agile testing workflows. Managing cross-functional teams, I implemented DevOps practices, streamlined deployments, and ensured software quality. This experience shaped my expertise in IT project management, QA, and automation.

For 5 years, I led the Chornomorsk City Organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, overseeing humanitarian programs, crisis response, and digital process automation. I implemented tracking systems, optimized aid distribution, and collaborated with international partners. This experience strengthened my leadership, strategic planning, and Agile-based decision-making, forming a solid foundation for my transition into IT and QA.

I developed sales strategies, managed distribution, and worked with key clients across Ukraine. This experience enhanced my skills in strategic management, automation, and digital transformation, forming a foundation for my transition into IT and QA. I implemented CRM systems, automated reporting, optimized sales and distribution strategies, secured long-term contracts, and led high-level negotiations to improve business stability and efficiency.

Led Agile teams in student projects, managing sprints, coordinating developers and testers, and optimizing workflows. Implemented structured test processes, prioritized tasks, and improved efficiency. Participated in QA meetups and mentorship programs. Completed an intensive 960-hour training covering manual and automated testing, Selenium, API testing, CI/CD, SQL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Led Agile teams in student projects, managing sprints, code reviews, and development. Worked in cross-functional teams integrating frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Spring Boot, Java). Implemented CI/CD pipelines, optimized database queries, and automated deployment. Completed an intensive 960-hour program in fullstack development, mastering Java, React, SQL/NoSQL, DevOps tools, and Agile methodologies.
