 Trained the Legislative Budget & Research office (LBRO) of the Enugu State Legislature for better capacity  Coordinated DFID’s institutional support to the Enugu State Legislature on improved public access to in-formation and legislative strengthening  Prepared the research methodology “the Citizens Perception Index (CPI)” and reporting framework to re-port on citizens’ perception of government’s performance inn Enugu State.

Analysed the Federal Government of Nigeria Budget and financial plan from 2010-2012 to improve government’s compliance with financial laws Analysed substantially, the “Debt Sustainability Analysis and Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and the Fiscal Strategy Paper 2010-2013” to support the National Legislature on Budget Scrutiny Participated in the DFID sponsored “Natural Resource Charter” research project on the efficiency of public finance management in resource-rich countries like Nigeria.
