Improving of production, quality, efficiency and products quantity. Changing of outdated technology, we could improve the stability of products’ quality (stabilizing of products’ specifications and period of production’s time). Production processes became more calculable and with a stabile quality we could gain new markets/partners, too. Satisfaction of the consumers’ claim was primary – improving our product range, too.

Leading/managing of an independent production plant in really close connection with the supply chain parts of Parents Company. Continuous improving of maintenance processes – planning and controlling of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance processes with the maintenance leader. Improving of the colleges’ professional and leading features/knowledge.
