Driving an effective release framework and governance with a continuous delivery attitude across multiple teams and geographies. Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the overall program and define solution directions where necessary. Collect and consolidate cross-team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management. Define and publish key metrics that demonstrate the efficiency of releases and areas of improvement for the Release management framework.

Review and update release management framework procedures and standards for the divisions in support of the deployment of quality solutions into the production environment. I supported the leadership team in the adoption of new approaches and technology, and the solution architecture team to ensure optimum release management considerations are baked into solutions from the outset, ultimately leading to increased change cadence and capacity.

Managing end-to-end Production releases, which include all pre- and post-implementation activities, upholding the Release Management competencies across the Group to ensure that releases are implemented in a controlled manner. Responsible for maintaining a schedule/implementation readiness by preparing a detailed Implementation plan, and Run Books to ensure release scope and dependencies were all covered to meet release criteria. Worked with code management tools and continuous integration tools.

Facilitate all software releases and release planning meetings. This includes cross-functional resource planning and checklist preparation for: maintenance releases, hotfix releases, emergency releases, cycle releases, and larger feature releases. Communicate and maintain documentation for all release-related topics. Manage to assign work to the release engineering team. Maintain a release calendar with at least six months' future releases scheduled.

Maintaining development and test environments for Trade & Data, including active monitoring of the process, RAM usages, services monitoring, space check. Preparation of release runbook with detailed steps for Production/Non-production environments. Maintaining confluence/wiki with issues faced during release and regular BAU activities. Provide effective reporting on technology change and run activities to relevant committees and boards.

Deployment of codes as a part of release management using the SRADeploy portal and providing post-deployment support. Preparing release steps along with raising change requests for upgradation of UNIX/Windows server, HPC, configuration change, etc. Maintaining confluence/SharePoint with issues faced during the release. Investigated issues reported by the users and provided relevant workaround/solutions as applicable. Actively participated in environment upgradation and DR activity at the production level.
