In the five+ years at The Smart Cube, I was responsible for client relationship management, project management, and people management. - Client lead for several large corporate and consulting enterprises based in the UK, Germany and the US - key accounts of The Smart Cube. These included a global pharmaceuticals and healthcare company, a FTSE 100 company and a leading utilities services provider.

During my short stint at EPOS, I was working on a conceptual framework to develop a corporate identity strategy to match the objectives of the organisation. I was part of the team responsible for analysing and developing instruments for integrating external Consultants and experts with the Company’s corporate identity.

Part of the in-house consulting team, responsible for the development of a Customer- and Value-based differentiation strategy based on the objectives of the Business Unit - Merck Pigments Industrials. The consulting mandate included benchmarking analysis of best practices in CRM across industry verticals, to help develop the best-in-class strategy for Merck Pigments.
