- Manage the full cycle recruitment process; - Provide direction and support to the Recruitment team; - Recruit for executive level positions through interviews and sourcing (IB, Finance, Legal, IT, etc); - Identify and develop "ATON Talent Program" (ATP) / Internship project; - Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies; - Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies and procedures; - Assist in the development of "Salary Survey" and "Welcome Training";

- Manage full cycle of recruitment process to include: sourcing, screening, scheduling, job offer preparation, reference and background checks; - Develop passive candidate pipelines and effectively build talent communities using Social Media; - Develop a strong talent pool to have available just in time; - Proactively research and evaluate new, cost-effective sourcing strategies and methods; - Develop long-term relationships with Client Groups.
