- Deployment of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) with VMware Horizon 7 and manage the terminals with Wyse Device Manager. - DHCP Server administration. - Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox management. - Troubleshooting Group Policy Objects (GPO). - Manage groups and ACLs for resource access(NTFS storage, Skype, Exchange mailboxes)

- Install and configure personal computer hardware (laptops and desktops). - Troubleshoot systems issues (including: disk encryption, (data) recovery and network connectivity). - Install/replace/troubleshoot peripherals such as: printers, smartcard readers, webcams, external hard drives and memory sticks. - Perform asset scan and reconciliation tasks; maintain the loan laptop and loan desktop pool, including imaging, administration and software installation.

- Manage, repair, and install company owned equipment as required (Konica Minolta, Lexmark and Sharp). - Resolve service calls within the time structure provided via contract. Liaison with customer contacts. - Develop and train current and new technicians in new current processes. - Project management: deliver and install over 500 Copier machines in Germany (Bavaria) in different locations. Teambuilding of laborers and technicians, coordinate staff.
