I work as Community Manager for companies to increase their customer base by maintaining their social media accounts, blogs, CRM, crisis management and event organization (e.g. events as part of a company's loyalty program)

Customer Relations and support of users in case of questions regarding the website. Content management of all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+), PR, Conceptual support in the development of the website since its start at the end of 2011.

On behalf of the Ministry of Social Affairs I was responsible for the management of social media accounts, like Twitter and Facebook, for the European Year of Volunteering 2011

Was responsible for helping in the development of the website in Austria (http://www.yelp.at)

I was responsible for the development, editing and layout of the annual brochure 2008 of the Europe & NIS branch of UNIDO

I was assisting in event organization as well as in writing articles and layouting print materials.

I represented as delegate the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA), NGO with Category One Status at the UN ECOSOC, at negotiations/conferences of the United Nations - in this function I lobbied for and negotiated the WFUNA and WFUNA Youth position at sessions of e.g. the CCPCJ (Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice) & the CND (Commission on Narcotic Drugs).

I was responsible for the selection of topics for each issue, selecting authors/journalists, editing their articles and layouting the magazine. Responsible for the coordination of 10 to 30 volunteers.

I was the founder and president of the Vienna International Community on Sustainable Development (VICOSD) an NGO for awareness raising on sustainable development issues like renewable energy technologies, anti-cyber crime, fairtrade and youth network against illegal drugs.This NGO was awarded the Promising Practice from the UN-Habitat in 2002 and 2006.

I was responsible for appointment coordination, correspondence, telephone management of the secretariat of the organization as well as the President Dr. Kurt Waldheim, former UN Secretary General and former Austrian Federal President.

Initiated, developed and implemented an awareness raising campaign against child trafficking in Austria. Cooperated with MTV Europe Foundation, the UNODC, OSCE and the City of Vienna "Drehscheibe".

Focal Point for the YES Country Network Austria. YES, the Youth Employment Summit, was initiated under the auspices of Mr. Bill Clinton in 2002 to combat youth unemployment worldwide.

Was responsible for all issues concerning the United Nations in Vienna and with that for numerous awareness raising campaigns as well as organizing events such as a charity event for child victims of the Tsunami 2004.

I was the NGO Focal Point within the official organizing committee (consisting of the City of Vienna, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the UN Office at Vienna) for the 25th anniversary celebrations of the UN Office at Vienna.

Organized an international conference for 250 participants from 40 different countries, hired team members, chose topics, responsible for all administrative organization.

I organized and moderated a number of events in the field of diplomacy, international and foreign affairs.
