Preparing and analysing reports for Logistics and internal customers in terms of: service to sales ,SLA scorecards, aging of finished goods ,well-controlled environment,KPI reports in terms of finish goods and materials,DC financials (cost/revenue based reports),monitoring logistics policy and procedures under well-controlled environment - Using reporting tools (discoverer,sales analyser) - Consolidating and reporting of stock counting for DC & bin warehouses.

- WMS project management for 4 warehouses (RF technology). - Tender management (outsourcing applications to logistic service provider) - KPI's & Balanced Scorecards for Supply Chain. - Analysing productivities for all process. - Reporting all highlights and upcomings. - To control logistics budget/actual cost.(reduce warehouse and freight cost).

-Physical quality analysis that received products into the central warehouse (dry/fresh foods), - Including projects on ISO 9001-2000 & ISO 22000 applications, - Inspecting markets, warehouses & suppliers on Quality Management Systems applications.
