Product development support of Infusion Therapy Medical Devices: Designing test plans, developing test and validation protocols, device design verification and validation, prototype testing. Flow rate testing of various infusion pumps and administration sets to enhance product usability; characterizing infusion medicines, compounding test fluids, data analysis and laboratory management.

Mechanical and electronic assembling, testing and trouble shooting of Genetic analyzer sub-assemblies and instrument systems: set up and execute test protocols including data collection; support in developing and implementing assembly/ test procedures; process improvements; traceability; soldering and crimping electrical components; disposition defective products, perform rework and quality testing and root cause analysis on sub-assemblies and instrument level failures.

Mechanical and electronic testing: set up and executed test protocols, data collection, data analysis and presentation. High precision mechanical assembly of LVAD and sub-component prototypes, precision measurement and cable and conductor prototypes. Explant analysis: disassembling and evaluation, testing and photo documentation in database. Pre-Clinical testing: pump performance in blood and blood analogs. Post-test analysis. Laboratory management.
