Worked on two different Canada telecommunication projects as a member of the Order Management & Integration Analyst Team. Designing business processes and working on associated system requirements with the business partner and defining API structure. Testing software applications and performing functional and API tests by using Postman, PostgreSQL. Documenting outputs of analysis and requirements on Confluence, JIRA. Preparing Use Case diagrams. Monitoring the defects and providing necessary feedback.
