Negotiating with local suppliers (price level, delivery terms ets.) Cooperation und support of quality, production and sales-marketing department in achievement of goals and daily routine activities. Cooperation with global purchasing team

• Activities include ordering, document preparation, import screening, shipping and tracking. • Maintain detailed and accurate records in order to meet operational, financial, management, and regulatory requirements. • Responsible for importing a wide range of products and other materials used in support of company objectives. • Prime contact for government agencies, customs brokers, forwarders, carriers, third party contractors and other relevant parties with regard to import-related issues.
