Responsible to conduct Induction Sessions for Graduate Programme and conduct the necessary assessments.

Interviewed over 100 Candidates for various roles ranging from IT Industry to Hospitality. Created a Rudimentary Assessment modules which Tested the Candidate’s Aptitude In Numerical Ability, General Knowledge and Verbal Ability Successfully recruited 10 candidates in a span of 2 months into 6 different Industries

This was ascholarship program offered by a Indian Conglomerate giant in the Hospitality sector. They provided me with relevant skills and developed me professionally into a Hospitality Professional.
