• Led the execution of new product development, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of different development milestones. • Defined and drove customer-centric requirements gathering, ensuring customer needs are properly implemented in the product and aligned with quality standards and the release process. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define and maintain the project plan, hardware compatibility, and software demands using appropriate tools.

• Lead and provide direction to the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of the Air Defense programs to ensure achievement of program performance indicators and technical performance goals. • Support the achievement of program milestones within cost, schedule, and quality and performance specifications. • Manage and oversee HIL, missile flight, qualification, and prototype tests in test labs and test centers.

• Use linear and non-linear finite element models for chassis, suspension and cabinet design and development as required. • Present analysis and test results at program reviews such as Technical Interchange Meetings, Engineering Review Boards, Test Readiness Reviews, and Design Reviews. • Prepare test plans/requirements for: static, dynamic, vibration, modal and shock tests. Analyze and document the results in post-test reports.

• Verifies structural integrity of custom design turbine test rigs by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance. • Support R&D projects with CAE support as necessary, participate in manufacturing process improvement and cost reduction initiatives as needed.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s needs by working closely with the customer and developing cost effective engineered solutions. • Assist customers develop products that meet their needs while maximizing the value the company’s processes and services. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers. • Negotiate prices and complete sales.
