As Quality Engineer my job is to guarantee the client satisfaction through swift containment actions in case of reclaims and arriving at the root cause of the problem using problem solving tools in order to avoid the reoccurrence of the same problem. It is also my job to communicate with suppliers regarding the quality problems and assure that containment actions are carried out by them. Another aspect of my job is the smooth running of the quality system according to norms of ISO9001-2015.

• Developed first manufacturing cost deployment (From Step 1 to Step 7) • Training of new data collection system to more then 100 people including Area managers, Shift leaders and operators • Implementation of first three steps of Workplace Organization pillar on the Model Area (5S,3M and tentative standards) • Implementation of 5S in whole plant (Injection Molding Area, Metallization Area and Assembly Area) with a team of BMW experts. • Participation in Audits of BMW and Pre-audits of WCM by Fiat.

World Class Manufacturing stage.
