Main activities and responsibilities: Redesign of commercial activities and reorganisation of SME sub-segment (< €10 mln.) to achieve sales diversification and increasing commercial focus. Achievements – boosting sales in lower MID segment by decreasing TTY (by 4 times for rated customers), and boosting of additional revenues.

Heading a team of 90 in 4 areas: 1. Corporate commercial planning and control; 2. Products and processes: Corporate products, services and processes development and marketing; 3. European funds marketing: marketing EU funds to support bank customers in both private and public sector for grants and financial engineering instruments (EIF, EIB, EBRD); 4. Corporate branch network: Manage, optimise and achieve highest customer satisfaction of corporate operational servicing branch network.

Establish and develop the first ECC team in the banking sector for providing support to bank customers, new product offers and customer acquisition.
