I must say that my main but not only activities in this organization are: •Ensure operational development, by knowing the available resources, oversees the retail planning, guarantee the company's ability to meet objectives, times, inventories, and be in constant quality control and with an organizational culture. •Oversees inventory in the different locations. Manage inventory driven cost, Retail planning, supply chain, purchases orders management, national and international, Imports and exports.

Logistics: purchases local and international, import, freight, trading etc. Planning: financial statements, monthly reports, retail planning. Marketing: Developing marketing objectives for the different needs of organizations of the group, including brand growth and product positioning, sales force, customer service & customer experience, e-commerce, development of POP and event planning. Business Management: strategic direction, overseeing a team, developing operating and sales force planning goals
