End to end recruitment responsibility for Europe East region

full ownership of open requisitions and all the related duties: posting/unposting, searching from candidates, pipelining, candidate interviews, feedback communication to external candidates, administrative coverage until the candidate's 1st day on site - communication with Dell Hiring managers: support in opening the requisitions, assistance during interviews and feedback-giving, resolution of ad-hoc queries - cooperation with HR Generalists: salary proposals, specific hiring situations

First point of contact with external candidates, comprising: - initial pre-screening according to the assigned job description - inserting, administering candidates´accounts in the company´s internal IT system - inviting sucessfull candidates for interviews - communication with internal customers and recruiters about assigned requisitions - dealing with new searching strategies of candidates (not only through job portals) - other assigned work within HR Talent Acquisition team
