Board member in charge for production, technical services, logistics, sales and quality. After forming a totally new team, together, in just one year time we manage to reverse company results from negative to positive. As results of management and many other changes we did, 2021 was the best year in ALMOS history (PLS). ALMOS is company over 280 employees. As a board member I was also in charge of price forming, negotiations with customers regarding new projects and investments.

Plant manager in automotive industry. ADP produce plastic parts such as car bumpers, door panels, instrument tables etc. for Renault-Nisan group. ADP main customer was a Renault factory in Slovenia, Revoz. I oversaw three factories in Zagreb. Two injection molding plant and one paint shop, with 400 to 600 employees and nine direct reports (three production managers, technical, technology, quality, HR, project, and logistical managers).

Upgrading a production of polyethylene factory from 30000 t/year to 50000 t/year. Together with my team we solved all mayor technical and technological problems that were in PE plant from startup of factory in just two-year time.
