• Developing marketing research report, including competitor’s analysis, conferences and tradeshow events, SWOT breakdown; • Evaluating on social media impact on brand marketing; and • Implementing marketing strategies for new B2B and B2C product development project.

• Managing the implementation of the software including setup, providing training and assisting with go-live and post go-live support (including onsite/off-site); • Analysis of requirements and formulate solutions; • Resolution of software incidents; and • Customer support and write user manuals for a particular module.

• Balance analysis accounting; • Searching for clients through internal corporative software; and • Preparing administrative papers such as offer letters, leasing, and factoring, including other administrative responsibilities.

The topic of my dissertation is “A critical evaluation of social networks as a new marketing platform, and its implication in developing a marketing strategy for encouraging brand’s engagement”.
