+ Implementing and maintaining first projects in the area of consulting/outsourcing services (mainly for mobile operators) + Being a part of new strategy building (transferring the know-how from turn-key projects to consulting/outsourcing services) + Setting up the best practices / rules in the area of service delivery

+ Maintaining key projects in the area of telecommunication (50 consultants among clients’ structures) + Lunching first abroad project (telecommunication / mobile area) + Transferring operational model / best practices to abroad projects
