Jack Gooden

I produce privately commissioned artworks, illustrations & creative designs for both personal and public use; building and maintaining my online presence; seeking out new clients and supporting a strong client network; meeting client requests both swiftly and to their satisfaction of service; negotiating prices & project time frames.

I delivered lessons for age groups 11-14 in Science, Personal Social Development, Communication and Social Skills, Geography and Computing. I designed the curriculum for Computing, successfully teaching pupils to recognise and avoid malware, create algorithms and use a programming language. As a form teacher and key worker, I was responsible for setting individual targets for select pupils, arranging parent/guardian meetings, and collaborating with colleagues to develop support strategies.

I was assigned to a nurture group of children for ages 11-14, with part-time teaching responsibilities: responsible for delivering Science, Personal Social Development and Mindfulness lessons. I designed Mindfulness activities and built the curriculum around my form group pupil's needs using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as a basis. During this time, I was tasked with utilising Minecraft Education edition to deliver an activity around climate change and construction that I coded myself.
