Working at Starbucks gave me the opportunity to challenge myself by working in a multilingual environment as well as being a part of the first Reserve Store in Frankfurt. During my time, I undertook a worldwide barista course, competed in a region wide barista championship and completed reserve training.

After successfully completing my B1 in German, I was retained as a private tutor to help teach English to German speaking students.

During my time I created and maintained a centralized knowledge base, prepared account reconciliations, generated reports and created a tutorial guide to ensure a smooth handover. Alongside of that, I helped organize group events, drafted meeting agendas, mediated conflict resolution meetings, handled complaints as well as data entry and general office management.

Ambulance Victoria (AV) is responsible for providing medical transport services, for around 5.2 million people throughout Victoria. The organisation is also responsible for providing air ambulance services throughout the state. As part of a 6 month temporary working contract at AV, my role progressed to managing and directing incoming calls, running internal audits, processing reports, mail collection as well as inbox management while providing support to the rest of the team.

Rushbrooks was an independently owned cafe in the cafe district, Pakington Street, Geelong. During my time, I worked alongside our cafe manager to improve morale among the staff and well as implementing strategies designed to improve customer service and reduce the number of complaints received.

The Beach House Cafe was a prominent wedding venue/restaurant operating along the waterfront, in Geelong, Victoria. During my employment, my role developed from waitress through to functions coordinator, overseeing weddings and private events. While managing the cafe, I was also responsible for liaising with bookings both for the restaurant and private events, maintaining stock levels, overseeing ordering as well general office duties.
