Need to fast-growing and achieve the annual target -Analyze the candidates market (full-mapping), and conduct the candidate searches by cold calls and referrals; -Screen and interview candidates; -Make candidate report; -Shortlist qualified candidates to Consulting Manager; -Arrange client interview for candidates, and follow up the whole process on candidates' side.

-Provide technical solution to Netvigator Broadband users; -Handle parts of complaint cases; -Sell other products of PCCW to Netvigator Broadband users through telesales; -Conduct training for new workmates
