As a Product Compliance Manager in the juvenile industry, I lead efforts to ensure that all products meet stringent global safety standards and regulatory requirements. My role involves proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulations, certifications, and industry best practices.

- DIN/CEN working committee member for Child care articles. - Auditor (Internal and external compliance related topics). - Material and Physical Compliance reporting and providing recent changes in the standards to the stakeholders. - Reviewing the prototypes according to the legal requirements (Additionally, supporting DFMEA process with research and development quality). - Knowledge of Compliance programs, solutions, processes, controls and procedures.

- Performing detailed inspections of Juvenile products, implementing new tests, analysing the performance and quality of the existing tests. - Conducting test schedules and plans, ensuring that projects are meeting the Turn around time. - Countinously expanding the knowledge of technical norms and taking self decisions and giving a feedback to the customers. - A very solid knowledge and understanding of technical norms such as EN 1888, EN 1273, EN 13209, EN 1466, EN 1335, EN 12520 and many more.

- Actively participating in the packet inspection before delivering to the customers. - Actively preparing new test methods to reduce the wastage of round wood.
