At 5V Tech I'm responsible for 'connecting the dots' and facilitating long-term relationships between companies and senior technical professionals within the Industrial IoT space. Responsible for resourcing specialised Embedded Software Engineering and Management talent for Robotics, Industrial Automation, and Semiconductor clients in the DACH region. Also leading a team of 4 consultants working on Industrial IoT and Automotive resourcing across the UK and Europe.

Specialist talent resourcing for a portfolio of key clients in the Semiconductor, IoT, and Telecommunications industries across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Responsible for resourcing permanent and freelance technical talent for Embedded System Development projects including key account management, end-to-end project responsibility, mentoring and coaching junior colleagues, designing and leading training sessions.

I spent my time researching, resourcing, and headhunting specialist technical talent to support a wide range of clients and their projects in the IoT, Robotics, Semiconductor, and Telecommunications domains. Focused on Embedded Software and Hardware Development, from Engineering through to Management positions.
