- gathering and analysing users’ requirements - operation problem solving - analysing bank operational processes and implementation of IT solutions for different departments in the bank in terms of process optimization and automation - cooperating with other Banks, the institutional investors, distributors and investment companies on the german investment funds market; providing reports - data analysis and reconciliation between bank systems
