Responsible for marketing at the campus and external events, project management of the internal events and process development of campus recruitment related activities.

Leading Career Days project organized in 6 cities across the Switzerland. I am responsible for all aspects of the project mainly including coaching and leading of 6 local project managers and their teams. Amongst other responsibilities are creation of marketing campaign, logistical strategies, financial controlling, sales and account management of main partners (PwC, E&Y, UBS, Credit Suisse, Unilever etc.)

Responsible for a sales and account management are in AIESEC in Slovakia. This position included leading of 8 local sales managers and work in sales planning, tracking, execution and education. At the same time responsible for project Narodne Dni Kariery 2010 in Slovakia, where I was coaching team of 8 people organizing this project to ensure appropriate incomes from the project to AIESEC in Slovakia. I have been also working as executive trainer in Slovakia and facilitated at the conference in Switzerland.

Responsible for a local management of external relations such as sales, account management and sales education at local office of AIESEC. I have been also part of national sales team receiving and delivering extended education in are of sales aimed on market research and negotiation tactics. I have co -created handbook of sales for AIESEC as organization in cooperation with sales education company Develor.
