• Microwave network O&M monitoring, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting. • Handle the task to escalate the TT, follow up with the field team & clearing TT within SLA. • Responsible for handling the administration of corporate telecommunications services. • Leading teams with full responsibility. • Day by day updating to NOC Manager. • Can figure out any problem and solution of it. • Liaises with Customer Care organizations regarding network outages.

• Handle the task of RDC to escalate the TT, follow up with the field team & clearing TT within SLA. • Making daily and monthly TT,s reports from RTTS. • Sound Knowledge of RTTS & MDT/TCN Portal. • Sound Knowledge of SLA depending on the severity of alarm & criticality of exchange like, Geo critical, Main, & Local. • Ensure the O&M engineers have adequate manpower at all times. • Good communication & leading skills to monitor, and report progress at project site.

Working experience on different types of Fire Alarm Systems both addressable and conventional such as Gent, Esser, Simplex,Zeta. I have keen knowledge of installation, testing and commissioning of different types of Fire Alarm systems and building safety. Main projects are  Kingdom Tower (Riyadh)  King Abdul Aziz Center for World Culture Dhran  American International School Riyadh  King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital (Jeddah)  Meezan Tower & STC Head Quarters(Riyadh)

Working experience of EWSD Switching System and allied equipment, Power plant i.e. Generator, Rectifier and Batteries.
