James Ashford

James L. Ashford is head of Maalouf Ashford & Talbot's arbitration practice. His international arbitrationexperience spans continents and cultures, the common and civil law legal systems, national political establishments and inter-governmental organizations, private companies and state-owned enterprises, sovereign governments and private individuals. He has represented parties from more than 30 countries on five continents in international commercial and investment arbitrations.
