My task was to merge the design studios into a global capability and brand. After the successful unification I became part of the European board and headed Tangity in Great Britain. Meine Aufgabe war es die 16 fragmentierten design Studios zu einem globalen capability und brand zusammen zu Fügen. Nach der erfolgreichen Vereinigung übernahm ich Teil des Europäischen Vorstandes und Leitete Tangity in Großbritannien.

As part of the Fjord London leadership team, I helped establish and grow the largest design studio in Europe. We maintained more than twenty percent growth year on year. I was personally responsible for customer centred innovation work which became hero case studies for Fjord and Accenture. My EMEA wide creative technology team became a differentiator for the firm. I particularly enjoyed working on challenges with leaders of FTSE100 companies.

I was brought in to turn Isobar’s failing mobile business into a client satisfaction and profitability success story. The business and team went from underperforming to the most profitable part of the business during my time there. The team culture and working practises that we established were copied by the rest of the organisation.

The interaction of technology and fine arts in installation, performance and experience, fine art painting. I focused on how the emerging technologies of the time were impacting our culture and life. I created works such as painting and sculpture as well as interactive digital installations.
