James Haggenmiller

I am currently the Manager of Training & Development for Educom. In this position, I am responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and retention of qualified teachers/trainers in the North Germany region. In this capacity, I am also a contact person for teachers when any issues arise. I observe teachers to make certain of client satisfaction and, in connection, provide feedback and mentoring in those instances.

An english teacher, trained in the Berlitz method. While here, I was also trained in the 'Berlitz Kids' method and have some experience teaching children/teenagers from the ages of 7-17.

I spent nearly 10 years at AXA Financial. Over that time, I had many different responsibilites. They included work on our order desk when I was newly licensed. In later roles, I worked on the Financing/Budgeting side for upcoming products. I worked in retirement planning, with a focus on annuities. I was able to work in a Compliance role.(approving new accounts, the text of correspondence out to clients, etc). In my time at AXA, I wore many different hats (as we say in the US).

Performed stock, mutual fund, and options trade orders. A very high-speed, high pressure job. :)
