Responsibility for strategy, budget, and operational management, including operational duties for the entire R&D division at the Stade site. Interface between science, technology, and operations.

Responsible for the operational management of MDI production with disciplinary leadership of a 35-member shift team. Lead engineer for loading station, tank farm, and thermal incineration unit. Ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation in accordance with all safety and quality requirements, as well as promoting process reliability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Production manager of three production units for high-purity electronic chemicals (EMCE, NH₃ Ultra-Pure, BF₃). Ensuring safe and stable processes for global semiconductor customers. Responsibility for EH&S, quality, and close cooperation with R&D and supply chain.

Operational responsibility for three polyamide 6 plants with over 100 employees. Ensuring production, quality, and EH&S during ongoing operations and supporting the integration of several units. Close collaboration with R&D, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize processes and interfaces.

Management of a laboratory team in battery research with a focus on analytics and method development. Planning and development of new infrastructure for lithium-ion systems. Collaboration with start-ups and academic partners to accelerate innovation.

Analytical coordinator for all lithium battery projects, responsible for material characterization and damage analysis, as well as coordination with the respective project managers.

Doctoral thesis on Ge–Sb–Te-based phase change materials. Application of X-ray and electron diffraction for structural elucidation and correlation with optoelectronic properties. Collaboration with national research institutes (RWTH Aachen University, Fraunhofer IPM Freiburg).
