Designed precision milled tooling parts, sheet metal parts, welded parts and complex assemblies as well as creating technical drawings (SolidWorks) for automated machinery Managed procurement of purchased parts and custom machined parts through ERP. Oversaw and organised the assembly processes on the workshop floor. Gained project management experience on two projects.

Established and managed a new CAD drafting department, producing 50-100 fabrication/assembly drawings per AHU (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD). Trained and supervised a team of seven, managing their workload and ensuring quality. Was responsible for the introduction and integration of new Trumpf CNC punch, Bendcell, and Quadra Machine into the manufacturing department. Created BOMs, fabrication drawings, and CNC programs; resolved factory floor production issues.

Produced fabrication drawings and site location drawings for pressings, brackets, fixings etc. (AutoCAD) Managed document filing systems, drawing submittals and technical submittals.

Designed and modelled bespoke industrial valves (SolidWorks). Produced full working drawings for each part (SolidWorks). Produced full BOM and raw materials list.
