Developed standard procedures for digital image analysis of pore space characteristics, including the evaluation of published methods to predict petrophysical properties. Digitized and homogenized sedimentological logs and well data from on- and offshore wells of the West Nile Delta. Interpreted architectural elements of an aeolian sedimentary succession of the German Rotliegend using digital outcrop photographs and field observations.
