- Leads the Global Facilities Engineering department, accountable for engineering services, governance and HSEQ for Facilities Engineering. Engineering services include tailor-made solutions to Business Units in projects in addition to supporting M&A & exploration. - Motivates and leads a total of 27 team members distributed in 4 teams and two locations: Mechanical, Process, Offshore and E&I and Automation. Focusing on the well-being of each individual to unleash the full potential of the organization.

- Lead a team of 3 and coordinated the gathering of reporting data across functions and Business Units. - Developed quarterly reports to the BOED on global E&P project portfolio based on KPIs previously defined and analyzed by the team. - Evaluated and ranked global project pipeline, providing a recommendation for the BOED to make investment decisions and ultimately report to the Shareholders Committee.

- Planned the global deployment of the Facilities Engineering community of experts, acting as liaison between managers and developing professionals to meet organizational requirements. - Managed the young professional top talent program by selecting and recruiting new candidates, as well as acting as disciplinary manager and coach for ~10 enrolled professionals. - As a Facilities Engineering discipline leader, defined role requirements and approved moves within the organization

- Lead execution of complex reports, interpreting complex patterns and trends, translating those insights into actionable recommendations. - Contributed to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business key performance indicators. - Ranked and analyzed the global project portfolio for the Business Plan. - Coordinated globally the Key Project and Weekly Production Reports. - Coordinated the implementation of Balanced Scorecards as performance management tool.

- Project Manager of interdisciplinary E&P projects. (CAPEX 1-20 Mio. EUR and highest strategical priority). - Project Manager of upstream facilities projects. - Coordinated E&P Field Development Plans. - Due Diligence of field production facilities. - Facilities Engineering Focal Point for projects globally.
