Carrying out the implementation and execution of recruitment and development program and policies.

Responsible for 360° Recruiting (end-to-end) for niche roles in the IT industry for Avanade exclusively through Randstad Sourceright.

• Sourcing, contacting and engaging talented professionals and finding the most suitable candidates for the Merck Group • Pre-screening and interviewing candidates • Assessing them and with a detailed description present them to the hiring community • Creating a strong pipeline and managing candidates throughout the whole selection process, acting as a main point of contact
