- Design, development and continuous improvement of management, operational and customer (key accounts) reports - Analysis of operational and strategic KPIs for internal stakeholders and key customers, including clear recommendations for management and business units - Automation and standardization of reporting processes to increase transparency and efficiency - Daily work with Tableau, Excel, CargoWise One and Power Query

- Responsibility for end-to-end process management in international Air & Ocean logistics - Development and implementation of global process standards - Leading and supporting international CargoWise One rollouts, including testing, training and go-lives - International project assignments across Europe and overseas (onsite and remote) - Central interface between operations, IT, projects and management - Ensuring regulatory, quality and compliance standards across global operations

- Operational responsibility for ocean freight export processes - Team coordination, support and operational escalation management - Contribution to the setup and support of new locations and operational structures - Strong hands-on expertise in export operations, process execution and customer support
