Creating the UX and the UI of an API integration platform (web app), based on user input and business needs. Applying a highly iterative approach due to a small team and a fast paced market. Took ownership of customer support as well, to get user feedback the quickest and most direct way and influence product development. Constantly balancing user and business needs, technical limitations and design strategy with the goal of creating a balanced product with great UX.

Responsible for the User Experience of the eyeOS cloud operating system. Collaborating with senior management, design and development teams to improve the existing UX and create new applications. Discussing product strategy with the CEO and CTO in a systematic manner to plan the product roadmap. Often meeting with clients to discuss business needs and propose design solutions. Hiring experience and management of 2 interns. Set Scrum sprint priorities.

Worked together with the UI designer and the front-end team to create various apps for the eyeOS cloud OS: collaborative document editor, calendar app, task manager, chat app and more. I also worked with back-end and front-end developers on setting the file-system permissions based on user roles. Scrum member.

Personal project with two friends. I did the concept, Interaction Design, testing and promotion of the application. Succeeded to satisfy a need of a niche market, while getting only positive reviews from DJ professionals.

User Experience advisory and consulting as a freelance with a number of startups in the fields of geo-location based communication, alternative money and entertainment. User Experience and Product Development support across the lifecycle.
