In order to pursue my love of Photography I have started my own side business with a view to develop it in the coming years.

Full P&L responsibility to build a new professional education service for Kofax. In 3 years built new business delivering over 100 training engagements in over 20 countries. Led review of Kofax training services, courses and price point. Rationalised and restructured training service, introducing new content areas, leading to sales in excess of 3 million CHF in 3 years.

Planned, developed and implemented global video conferencing (VC) infrastructure for excess of 120 VC systems with focus on improved security, increased reliability and quality of services, with lowered service failure rates and reduced technical support effort. Ultimately enabling Swiss Re to streamline SLA saving time and effort. Developed further strategic plan for CxO management to further enhance global service and deliver business benefits with cost savings and reduction of headcount.

Project, team leader and senior consultant, working in the client reporting solution domain, on a strategic UBS project to replace core banking software platform.

Technical Team Leader in Cash and Collateral Trading (CCT) group, specifically Prime Brokerage/Hedge Funds, front office team.

During this period I ran my own company and consulted on IT projects to Arthur Andersen and British Petroleum in London and Scotland.

Prior to arriving in Europe I worked for several companies in Melbourne, Australia. All were Analyst Developer roles and responsibilities included business requirements analysis, IT design, GUI design, database design, development, documentation and user training.
