During my work in Agile Development team in Riga SDC I was responsible for working together with business representatives to define requirements, determine solution, system possible implementation. Responsible for GDPR requirements solution and managing implementation. As daily tasks I have business and system requirements gathering and documentation preparation.. Existing project business processes and make improvements. Incident management incl. main process definition, management and documentation.

Analyzing existing bank systems; Translating business requirements into highly specified project briefs. Documents the design and specification of the system (Architectural Description, Use Cases); Supports developers and test analysts in the project; Drafts programming tasks according to the project plan; Determines realization principles, time together with architects and developers;

During work at Swedbank I participate in different pan-Baltic projects. I have good knowledge in several system areas used inside the bank. Have good communication skills and desire to help everyone with necessary knowledge. Good analytical skill. Ability to notice opportunities and constructive solutions.
