Founded Argo in August 2013 to create an improved way to match the infrastructure needs of institutional investors with an investment model and structure which are both simpler and at a reduced risk.

Chief Investment Officer responsible for managing the Group’s existing portfolio of investments, heading the Group's European investment activities and managing a $3.5bn equity portfolio. A member of Investment Committee and Chair of the Group's Operating Committee.

Responsible for the origination and execution of infrastructure advisory, arranging of debt and equity capital and private finance for opportunities in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Australia, and the Middle East. Covered a period of major change in the infrastructure market from the mid 1990s and the early days of UK PFI to the rise and establishment of infrastructure funds and investments as a distinct asset class.
