During the examination period I had to be in charge of the supervision and good functioning of the examinations, from the reception of the students, to the supervision and assistance of them.

As an Administrative I must prepare daily the operative documentation, furthermore I must organize the operative in the warehouse and the ramp, coordinating as a team leader both teams.

From September of 2018 to June 2019, I supported the Job Advisor department in CEAR (Confederación Española de Apoyo al Refugiado) Sevilla in everything they may need. My main task was to develop and gave employment workshops for the users, including: weak and strength points of themselves, how to prepare a CV, learning how to prepare and be successful in a job interview and how to look for vacancies on line.

As a HR Assistant I worked as a part of the Career Development and Training department, helping in different tasks and projects, related in different fields as the Welcome Pack to new workers, helping to create a tool to measure the satisfaction for the leaving workers (into the retirement project) and others such as the introduction of the new integrated system for the training and courses.

As a part of a team, my main duty was to deliver and to the right place the notes of the patients where they were needed on time. My job included helping my colleagues if necessary, answering the phone and emails and a very high level of self-sufficiency.

My main duties were supporting the students in everything they needed related to search information for their subjects, helping them with their homework and advicing about fiction books. Also, I assisted the teachers in specific lessons taken in the library and I did specific lectures with the students.

As an assistant teacher in the Spanish department, I oversaw the one-to-one lessons with students who need special support in the subject and conversation class with the last year students

From February to July of 2015 I was a volunteer at Haddenham Community Library, where I supported the staff in all the day-to-day tasks that needs to be done. I worked with the Spydus Library Management System, issuing books to customers and dealing with any and all enquiries they may have. I also assisted in managing stock and re-shelving returned books.

My tasks included, cataloging, digitalization of ancient books, along with personalized attention and support to students’ investigations.

I have completed a Postgraduate in Organizational Psychology, where I learnt and applied everything related to that field of Human Resources, from how to study and measure climate or stress level in an organization, or how to make flourish and leader a team to research and write in APA format.

I studied a degree in History in the University of Seville, including Spanish and European History. I specialized in ancient Archives and Libraries, as well as paleography and ancient document transcription.
