We are working on deploying our E-commerce and E-fulfillment branch for which we do not only offer all fulfillment activities but also the service of designing and making a web shop which is fully integrated in our Warehouse Managing System. This makes a rapid processing of payments, orders and returns possible. Integrating an existing web shop in our WMS system is also an option. A web portal to our WMS enables our customer to have full content (price, tekst etc) control of the shop.

As Sr. account coordinator I was responsible for the Key Accounts team and my own Key accounts. In my team which consists of 4 people I coordinated the workload and had a lot of contact with other departments in order to solve structural problems.

It was my task to investigate the Spanish market, acquire new customers and set up an Spanish establishment in Barcelona.

I made a Strategic Marketing Plan in which I argumented that Starren needed to focus more on the food and chemical markets. After my internship Starren hired me to implement some of the recommendations

I was a member of the board of directors of the Marketing Association Den Bosch (MAD).

Making quotations/ searching for potential customers/ reporting the current position of the wagon fleet to the client/ keeping in contact with the drivers and solving problems.

I made an export marketing plan for the Spanish market and due to my efforts in implementing the recommendations I obtained a substantial increase in sales in the Spanish market.
