Project in which our team of 4 students got to advise and support VNG in solving a real-life problem, working closely with both company representatives and HHL faculty.

Among the best Chilean universities (Ranking Global del Times Higher Education, 2020). • Managed 2 classes of up to 50 students each semester, collaborating closely with the course professors by helping them organize and plan lectures, materials, and evaluations • Lectured undergraduate BBA students in the fields of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Corporate Finance • Awarded “Teaching Assistant of the Year” twice

• Analyzed and synthesized customer data to deliver biweekly reports and presentations, identifying issues to managers, highlighting insights and recommending adjustments. • Collaborated with different departments in several customer-focused projects such as customer segmentation, journey mapping and retention strategies. • Systemized customer feedback analysis by shifting to an online platform, applying new customer satisfaction measure NPS and associating with AI company for complete data analyses.

• Managed inventory levels and detailed records for 6 retail stores, with more than 3.000 products in each store, completing physical inventory counts quarterly during high demand seasons. • Assessed inventory management and current stock levels with store managers to facilitate accuracy and product availability using RFID technology and specialized software. • Used hand-held devices and computers to record and monitor inventory levels and completed audits to uncover and address inaccuracies.
