My core responsibilities included • Responsible for maintaining and improving the major KPI´s including CSSR, DCR, HOSR, SDCCH etc. Extensive KPI monitoring and DB parameter optimization for urban, suburban and remote areas. • Team lead for stats maintenance and extraction team. • Successful completion of several RF optimization projects and maintenance of KPIs for different areas with variant terrains. Successful completion of several projects on team level, individually and as project lead.

• Direct coordination with our vendors (Nokia & Siemens) for the completion and implementation of various Work orders like Abis expansions, Ater additions, BSC migrations and GB link up gradation. • Working on the Map Info for rectifying the several issues as hand over failures, illogical boundaries etc. • Monitoring of stats like CSSR, HOSR, DCR, TCH availability, TCH drop rate and their analysis. • Site visits and preventive maintenance tests.

• Alarms reporting and handling on Site level and BSC level. • Extraction of daily states on Cell, Site and BSC level. • Monitoring the different parameters of Network like CSSR, CSR, and Erlang Load etc on MOTOROLA terminals. • Runtime rectification of the problems involving Ater , XBL and MTL links.
