As CEAG Business Manager, I support the Finance Director in managing financial activities, acting as a link between stakeholders. I consolidate and produce quality reports, ensure growth and profitability, safeguard assets, maintain financial integrity, and ensure compliance with Corporate and GAAP policies, including SOX and Eaton Policies.

On-site Plant Controller, where I additionally collaborate in CI (Continuous Improvement) projects with the local team and in projects to reduce inefficiencies in distribution logistics with the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) team.

Responsible for the monthly closing process Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA. Performed recording and Reconciliation in Corporate ledgers. Electronic Accounting. Knew and complied with Eaton policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy, Management Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company. Management of SAP and MFG Pro Systems.

Leadership Development Program This program is designed to develop future finance leaders and provide them with a broad understanding of accounting, finance, and several Eaton businesses. The program gives the hands-on experience to get started in the career. These assignments may include working as a financial analyst, cost accountant, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) auditor or treasury analyst.

-Preparation and analysis of financial statements -Execution of substantive audit procedures in different areas. -Performed physical inventories by selecting items to count and matching the information with the company’s financial information. -Analysis and assessment of internal control. -Performed narratives and walkthroughs in order to create an understanding of different significant processes within the company.

Financial Consolidation and Reporting to Latin America (México, Ecuador, Panamá, Costa Rica and Venezuela). Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Indicators and Integrations. Management in SAP and Exactus systems.
