Strategic Buyer/Supplier Relationship Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry – 250M€ -Managed international CMOs in Europe and Worldwide in the frame of transfer activities from big pharmas portfolios: -negotiate, support and coordinate the manufacturing partners based mainly in Europe. -Focal Point Sanofi, Léo Pharma, Fareva suppliers for the transfer projects. (Contract amendment/price review/forecast planning)

-Manage sourcing activities for Proprietary Parts perimeter (150 suppliers/300 M€ – Team cluster). -Manage all ad hoc demands for spare customers & stock demand recovery – SAP management expert. -Focal Point for Stelia supplier (25 M€) - RFQs and Catalogue Management, Negotiation, Sourcing & Savings Projects. -Close internal collaboration with Satair ordering and Sales Pricing teams to meet delivery and pricing requirements.

-Manage/Support all RFPs, price negotiation, operational support for Airbus plants on Technical Production Consumables (Cutting Tools & Temporary Fasteners). -Catalogue updating & commercial conditions negotiation for Airbus Germany (Service Provider Project) and France. -Relationship management with internal customers and suppliers: ordering, items creation, customer service.

-Participate in the purchasing policy of Stelia group for the sheet metal segment on the Bombardier G7000 program -Consultations, Decision Report, negotiation, contractualization in terms of cost/quality/delivery performances. -Optimization reporting tools, spend and technical reports.

-Support the purchasing strategy of the Family Product (Shelters, Containers, Ancillaries): Conduct global market sourcing per geography, supplier cartography mapping, supplier positioning/internal needs. -Historical data extraction, Forecasting, Planning of 2015-2017 spends. -Other cross-functional actions: panel optimization, Administrative follow-up of strategic suppliers profiles.

-Responsible for monthly reporting and consolidated reports in management indicators, in quarterly accounting, in shareholder’s equity of four business lines based in Geneva and Zurich.-Prepared financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow to the Head office in Paris.-Prepared monthly forecasts and annual budgets. -Comments on main KPI’s variances actual vs budget (Sales,EBITDA, Operational Cash Flow, Working Capital Requirement …) to the Management Board.

-Prepared the three-year and ten-year strategic plan with the product manager and engineers, quantitative analysis of the global market and competitors, marketing segmentation, market targeting, competition monitoring, technology watch by using specific sites in the field of aerospace and defense industry. -Good knowledge of the Product Policy process in the industrial sector.
