- Production facilities survey (Thermal Power Plants and electro-mechanical equipment of Hydroelectric Power Plants) - Conduct studies as part of improving the energy supply in Cameroon - Management of the investment portfolio in the thermal generation sector - Support the State of Cameroon in its strategy to reduce the energy deficit throughout the territory

- Plan the investments to be made in each production unit; - Lead the process of validation of production investment plans by the Board of Directors; - Lead the execution of production investments validated by the Board of Directors; - Capitalization of investments made - Ensure the governance of investments

- Ensure port operators are fully trained to do their job efficiently and safely. - Implement approved HSE policies and procedures for working areas and team safety. - Liaise with all port stakeholders (internal or external) to maintain efficient operations - Ensures that equipment is performing effectively and efficiently - Provides technical guidance for the preventive and predictive maintenance programs

- Establish cost estimates for ship repair projects from clients’ scope and inspections reports - Schedule activities, control project budget, for the assigned tasks of the work breakdown structure. - Provide technical support in selecting materials and prescribing specifications for the repair, design and alteration of piping, steel work, welding, painting and mechanical works as required by codes (ABS rules, ASME, API, AWS, NACE)

- Liaising between authorities (port, immigration, health, merchant marine) and customers - Ensure the issuance by the customs authorities of the inbound and outbound clearance of customer vessels - Being an interface with the Offshore and Onshore Teams in the daily operations and routine interpretation of the operation needs to meet KPI targets.
